Hi guys,




Just letting you all know that after my accident last week I'm doing really well! A good week of rest has felt great and I'm finding that walking around the house is pretty easily now. I'll find out this week, when I revisit the hospital, how long 'til I can start my physio training and be back on the road to recovery.



With this time out of the water I've been able to work on some side projects. One of these is my own personal website MICHAELNOVY.NET which I've launched today. Even though it's still under construction, I've decided to release my Hawaii 2010 podcast to celebrate the launch.
